Julie's owner passed away and his spouse wanted to travel and give Julie a really terrifice new home, so her aunt asked A.R.F. for assistance.  Julie is a vocal girl.  She's a happy girl and very sweet.  We're happy that Julie's owner can take her to work with her, so Julie will get extra love and have more love to spread around to others!  We wish them many happy times and adventures together!
