Carly deserves a wonderful person to call her MAMA or PAPA. She was found in a box with an open can of food outside a building. A nice woman took her in and fostered her. She was scared and Animal Rescue Force stepped in and vetted her (spay, chip, vaccines and tests). The volunteer helped her adjust to a warm loving home however will still need time to adjust to a new environment. All she needs is a person to be patient with her then you will see her personality shine.
