Hope

I adopted "Hope" from A.R.F. five years ago at the Garlic Fest in Delray! She rescued me as much as I rescued her! Thank you for doing all that you do!

Lady

Hi. Just a quick update on Lady. We adopted her on Sep 14, 2013. She is doing great here. She gets along good with all of our other dogs as well. She loves going on walks and for rides in the car too. Thanks again for everything. Guy and Sallie

Kaden

My name is Jason and my daughter Tessa and I adopted Kaden in 2011. Since then Kaden has been the most well behaved and amazing friend my daughter and I could ever have. He instantly became attached, especially to my daughter who he has become very protective of. All of our friends and family who come to visit have all fallen in love with him just as much as we have. When our family comes from New Jersey to visit they always make sure to bring Kaden toys and treats because he has stolen all our hearts. All we wants is to be loved and never to be left alone. He follows us wherever we go, even if it's just to the next room for a minute. He is just the best dog a family could ever have.

Woody

We are very happy that Boo Boo and Woody are in their fovever home for the holidays! They were originally rescued from a hoarder. Their mistaken for trustworthy new owners abandoned them near their home in Colorado where they were put outside, trapped, and taken to a high-kill shelter. A wonderful volunteer from a local rescue group picked them up and fostered them for us, and even arranged for another group to transport them to Missouri where they were met by an exceptional A.R.F. volunteer from West Virginia. This volunteer created a web page for them. After several postings, it worked, and she drove them to their new home an hour away in WV. These tri-state cats inspired her local shelter to consider micro-chipping their animals after an employee there heard their amazing story. Thanks to their micro-chips, which linked them back to A.R.F., and with the help of volunteers from two other rescue groups, we were able to rescue them again for the last time! We hear they are very happy with their new owners and together follow them throughout the house. We love these guys!

Meet Bucky Steinberg! He was adopted from A.R.F. ten years ago. His mother so loves, appreciates, and adores him that she makes a donation each year to A.R.F. on the anniversary of his adoption. We're so happy that A.R.F. made such a great match, and we hope to see Bucky for many more years ahead!
