We are so happy for Scooby Doo now in a terrific home with four adults and two other dogs.  An A.R.F. volunteer saw his urgent post and decided he would be right for her family after her senior dog had recently passed.  Scooby even got to go on vacation with his new family just a few days after his adoption!  We are so glad this sweet dog has his forever home now!

Scooby Doo is what we call a "no brainer" as he's good with cats, dogs, kids, and house-broken.  We're told he's even good with people in wheel chairs.  Scooby has  been given an end date for his time at the county shelter.  He needs to be adopted this week by closing time on Thursday the 14th!  Scooby is a perfect size at just 52 pounds.  He has a beautiful soft coat.  He really is too young and healthy with a great personality to be euthanized.  Pls. spread the word for Scooby Doo!  Please consider rescuing him from our county shelter.  His animal ID# is A1806702.  The shelter is located at 7100 Belvedere Road in West Palm Beach, about a quarter mile west of Jog Road on the south side.  You can call ahead to see whether he's still available:  (561) 233-1200.  Please do not call or e-mail A.R.F. regarding Scooby Doo.  This is a courtesy posting for him in the hopes that he gets a home ASAP before his deadline this week!
