My name is Rascal and I am very affectionate.  My siblings and I were thrown out of a car behind the stores on Atlantic Ave, in Delray Beach.  A young girl who works there saw this ridiculous act of cruelty and called her Mother and rescued us at 4 weeks old.  She asked A.R.F. to help her find a responsible and loving home for us.  I am fully vetted and ready to go to my new house and family!
