Bella is a very sweet dog. She loves kids and other dogs. She has never met a cat. Although her previous owner loved her very much, Bella would jump the fence to play with the kids next door and the owner didn't have the funds to build a higher fence. She must go to a home with a well-fenced yard. Bella is house-broken.
