Riggins was first a victim of home foreclosure abandonement.  He was adopted, but recently returned because his new owners found out they were allergic to him.  He is a very sweet, loving, and good looking guy!   He is very friendly to everyone and loves attention.  He is quite the charmer!  If you have room in your heart and family to adopt an older guy, he's the one for you.
