Meet Sebastian. He and his Sister Ariel were found in a warehouse at a very young age, wondering where their mother went. A nice A.R.F. volunteer took them into her house and gave them plenty of love and care. They were both born with bilateral eyelid agenesis but had eye surgery to correct it. Their eyes will always look a little different but that just adds to their adorableness!
Sebastian is an active little boy who loved to play with his foster mom's dog so would be open to meeting a family with a dog or another playful cat. He has a lot of energy so needs a home where he can run around and jump up high. He has a great personality and is very friendly.
