Biscuit is a happy affectionate guy, "classic orange" (meaning cat with an orange coat and a terrific personality).  He was not treated so well by his last owner, and his coat showed signs of neglect.  He was abandoned in his home when his owner was evicted, so was without food or water for an unknown period of time.
