Billy is a quiet handsome guy with a deep orange coat and beautiful green eyes. We were told his owner died and there was no one to take him in. He was in a home with other cats and probably did not get all the attention he could have, so he's a bit shy, but does really like to be loved on. Billy also is quite playful.
