Benjy is an adorablely sweet, quiet dog.  He is a gentle soul with a super soft coat that hardly sheds.  He would make a great exercise buddy as he is very fit.  He likes to romp around the yard and do laps.  He's very light on his feet.  One vet, not knowing his true age, even recently guessed his age as only 1 1/2!  Benjy likes to roll in the grass, and he lays down in a cute posture like a fawn with his legs tucked under.  Benjy walks nicely on a leash, loves to go on walks, and travels well in the car.  He is obedient and comes when he's called, and also comes on a whistle.  Benjy can also "sit" and give both "paws" on command and his foster is looking to discover more tricks.  She now knows he loves to play fetch too!  Benjy's a very easy dog to care for, and he would also be a great watch dog.  He's well-mannered in the home and does not get up on the furniture or beds.  He prefers a dog bed on the floor.  Please call (561) 784-4792 for more information or to arrange to meet this very sweet boy.
