Dutchess came into the ARF program after her owner was hospitalized and couldn't take care of her. In the past she was hit by a car and didn't receive medical care. She has some paralysis and is incontinent which require diapers. The vet specialist she saw thinks she might improve some with just plain good doggy care, including swimming when it warms up. She is a super sweet girl and just enjoys life. Please consider giving her a home.
