This handsome sweet boy was adopted by a nice couple who wanted a friend for their dog with a terminal illness. Toby loved the other dog and they played together, but he wasn't a good fit for the home, so he was returned. Fortunately, he's now in a home with another dog again, but this time also a big yard where he can run as he does have a lot of energy. Toby tested positive for heartworm, and his kind initial adopters didn't let that deter him. We wish him the best in his recovery after treatment, and many happy years with his new family.
