Rapp is super cute, and relaxes like a ragdoll when you hold him. He's playful and fun and loves everyone. Rapp is also affectionately known as Mr. Wobbles. A.R.F. rescued him with a bit of a neurological issue so that he wobbles a bit, but he's getting less wobbley everyday. He's still quite mobile and active.
