Rusty is super affectionate and charming and a happy guy.  His owner took him to our county shelter when she was moving, but said he loved everyone, except for dogs that is.  We were happy we could rescue him when he needed us weeks after taking him to one of our events.  Rusty had been waiting for his new homes for three months at the shelter where he was a favorite.  We are hoping he does not have to wait much longer for his forever home!
