Blacky was abandoned by her owner at a high kill shelter. She was very scared and confused there. Once she went into foster care with ARF she came out of her shell. She is still a little cautious (do you blame her?) but warms up nicely and loves laying on the couch with you. Please fill out an online application if you'd like to meet Blacky.
