Is Not Good with Dogs, Not Good with Cats
Special Needs: Needs a "forever" home with NO other dogs or cats. Penny can be animal aggressive and needs an owner who is patient and can train her to accept animals that she will encounter in daily life. She has already been working with an animal behaviorist who will be happy to work with any new owner.
