WE HAVE A NEW HOME!!!
On March 16th, we took possession of a free standing building located at 5115 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach. It will be our first permanent home. This building will be converted into a pet adoption center with pet supplies and a grooming salon. We hope to be in operation within the next few months. Once we open, you will have the opportunity to come by and interact with some of the many dogs and cats in our program waiting to be adopted into loving homes. You will be able to equip your new or existing pet with food and supplies from the Animal Rescue Force store and have your beloved family member manicured to perfection by our groomer. It has taken this organization many years to realize this dream!
However, we are not quite there yet. We need your help! We have an architect busily drawing up plans for the renovation. The cost of renovation may run in excess of $40,000. We have depleted much of our savings in purchasing the building and now we have to come up with the additional funds in order to complete our mission. Once we begin operating this adoption center, many lives will be saved ---but we cannot move forward without you.
If you are reading this message, please answer our plea and make a donation. This organization is composed entirely of dedicated non-paid officers and volunteers with the sole purpose of rescuing the many dogs and cats off of 'death row' and placing them into loving and forever homes. It does not matter how much you are able to donate but please donate what you can. The economy is in poor shape and this is a very risky time to tackle our dream--but the animals can not wait for the economy to improve. They are being put to sleep every day! PLEASE HELP!!!
We have also moved forward on another front. Along with the PetSupermarkets in Lake Worth and Boynton Beach, our cats and kittens can also be seen everday at the new Delray Beach Petsmart Superstore located at 510 East Linton Boulevard. Stop by and see the many cats and kittens who would love to go home with you. Volunteers are needed to feed the cats and clean the litter boxes each morning and evening---seven days a week. There will be two shifts each day and it should take about an hour to provide the needed care during each shift. If you are interested in committing to one or more visits per week, please e-mail us for more details.
The Board of Directors and our dedicated volunteers are committed to giving companion animls another chance. We encourage anyone who has volunteered with us in the past or has adopted from us to please come forward. Become involved and help us to save the animals .
Thank you for caring!
