Hello, her name is Bear because she is a big teddy BEAR!  Bear once lived with 3 young children under the age of 5 and a woman who loved her.  Bear lost her home because the owner could no longer afford to care for her and had no time for her.  Bear fell ill to a urinary tract infection and the owner could not afford a veterinary visit or antibiotics.  A nice neighbor asked A.R.F. to step in and help Bear.

This SWEET dog got the vet care needed and is healthy as a horse now!  She is in search of her new home.  Let me tell you a litte about Bear.  She is 3 yo and a big, loving and easy dog.  She loves to go for long walks with you and smell the roses.  Her fosters take her camping with them because she is a wonderful traveler.  Bear loves car rides and loves to watch the world go by with the wind in her ears.  She will also hang with you outside when doing gardening or yard work.  She will lay down and give you moral support.  She is very well mannered; she has never jumped on furniture or begged at the dinner table.  She prefers to just be a polite dog and be part of the gathering.
